These are the warranty options that may be available for eligible RezWood™ 4400 projects. Final coverage follows the current written warranty and the exact treatment, lumber, application, registration, installation, exposure, and maintenance requirements.
Covered, elevated jobsite storage
Eligible projects may include coverage while the lumber is stored before framing begins, provided the package is properly covered, elevated, and handled under the written requirements.
Vertical framing exposure
Eligible projects may include coverage while installed vertical framing remains exposed during construction. Drainage, drying, housekeeping, and the documented exposure conditions still matter.
Mold
Eligible projects may include limited protection against mold growth on the treated lumber. Coverage does not replace moisture control, ventilation, leak repair, or normal building maintenance.
Subterranean termite damage
Eligible projects may include limited protection for damage from the termite species named in the written warranty, including subterranean and Formosan termites. Untreated wood, cellulose, and conditions outside the documented application remain outside the coverage.
Fungal decay
Eligible projects may include limited protection against fungal decay of the treated lumber within the approved exposure and application. Good flashing, drainage, ventilation, and maintenance remain required.
Specified Class A surface-burning performance
Eligible RezWood™ 4400 projects may include coverage for the specified Class A surface-burning performance. This is performance coverage—not fire-damage coverage.

Warranty coverage and technical performance are related, but they are not the same thing. This is the documented protection story for the treated lumber within the approved product, application, and exposure scope.

Mold-growth inhibition
Helps inhibit mold growth on the treated lumber. Moisture management, drying, and jobsite housekeeping still matter.
The public technical evaluation documents mold-growth-inhibition testing using ASTM D3273 and ASTM D5590 methods.

Fungal-decay resistance
Resists decay fungi within the documented exposure conditions. It does not replace flashing, drainage, ventilation, or maintenance.
The public technical evaluation documents fungal-decay resistance for the approved lumber, application, and above-ground exposure scope.

Subterranean-termite resistance, including Formosan termites
Resists subterranean termites, including Formosan termites, within the current product scope. Untreated wood and cellulose remain outside the protection package.

Extended fire-retardant performance
FRT lumber with extended ASTM E84 and ASTM E2768 performance; rated walls require the exact documented assembly
